On behalf of the Chinese government, Mr. Zhang Yan, Ambassador of China to India handed over office equipments worth of 50,000 Yuan (approximately $7,500) to the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO).

On the occasion of grant of these equipments, Mr. Zhang Yan said that the Chinese government always attaches great importance to the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation, and wishes that these office equipments will enhance the productivity and efficiency for the AALCO.

Prof. Rahmat Bin Mohamad, Secretary- General of the AALCO expressed sincere gratitude to the Chinese government's generous donation and promised to make full use of these equipments.
