The visa requirements set out herewith can't be taken as a full statement of regulations governing Chinese visa.

Applicants should fill in one visa application form appropriately with one recent passport size photograph. Applicant's passport valid for at least six months with 2 blank visa pages is required. One photo of the child should be attached to the application form if the child uses the same passport with the applicant traveling to China.

The Chinese Embassy has the right to decline those visa applications when applicants provide fake information or their forms are found not duly filled out.
