On February 20, Ambassador Sun Weidong met with Shri Dinesh K Patnaik, Director General of Indian Council for Cultural Relations. They exchanged views on the cooperation programs of 2020, which marks the 70th anniversary of diplomatic ties between two countries and the "Year of China-Indian Cultural and People-to-People Exchange”.

Ambassador Sun also introduced the combat against the novel coronavirus pneumonia in China to Dinesh K Patnaik and appreciated his confidences on China in winning the epidemic war.
